We are pleased to announce the promotion of Rick Smith to VP of Operations at Allstates Refractory Contractors.

Rick has been with ARC for 20 years, painstakingly climbing the ranks as a Health and Safety Professional with Train the Trainer status as a result of hours of education and superior performance on examination at the Occupational Safety and Health Academy. As Lead Project Safety Manager, Rick holds over 50 OSHA accreditations, recently became ALS / BLS certified, and is currently training to become a first responder.

In his role, Rick will lead other Safety Professionals at ARC while continuing to offer his skills and expertise to solve complex problems for our clients within the glass, metals, and petrochemical industries. ■
