ARC Health & Safety Program
One of the biggest advances we have made in the Health & Safety Program at Allstates Refractory Contractors is through the education and certification of Rick Smith. Rick has now obtained over 40 certifications, including multiple OSHA accreditations, that certify him to run ARC’s Safety Program.

ARC regularly brings in our job supervisors for additional training, most recently for Drug & Alcohol Abuse Awareness training. Additionally we have external contacts that we utilize on a consulting basis when needed in regards to our expanding Health & Safety Program.
By focusing on hazard identification and implementing plans to mitigate those hazards, and changing the safety culture among our employees, ARC has been accident free the last two years.
